Dominik Hasek a Red Wing

Just wandering around A2Y’s place, I saw reference to this news at Kukla’s — the Wings will be announcing the return of Dominik Hasek later today.

I laughed and laughed. (Then I laughed a bit more.) Then I thought I’d repost one of my 2006 Dumb NHL Hockey Cards.

I’m happy someone finds this scenario funny. I think I almost got sick. I really want to know what Holland’s reasoning is for this silly signing…Ugh.

    *does a Muttley laugh*

Somehow, this does not surprise me…old habits, like the Red Wings’ penchant for signing old/past their prime players, die hard.

BAHAHAHAHAH, the Roller Hockey Goon is not your saviour!!! So, it’ll be up to Chris Osgood to carry the Wings in the playoffs. This ought to be fun!

I would have cried if I hadn’t needed the water for sweat at work in the 98 F degree weather plus 1,000,000% humidity we had in MI today…..

At least SOMEONE was laughing. I think I died a little inside.

When the Belfour deal fell through, I thought, thank God they learned their lesson. THEN THE HASEK DEAL HAPPENED.

I’m almost ready to take out the *emoflail*.

I’m too lazy to update my own blog.

Hasek in Detroit - Alanah - Nashville and Columbus are laughing too. When your division includes St Louis and Chicago I guess you can do stupid things and hope it works out.

anonymous canucks fan - calling the twins ‘the sisters’ is so Neil McRae - anyone aspiring to be as articulate and insightful as Mister McRae isn’t worth the blog bytes wasted.

Did Kukla just make the big time or am I late in noticing? http://www.nhl.com/blogcentral/kukla_aug.html
